The Australian Slovaks' Association in Victoria invite you to the traditional picnic at Ruffey Lake Park. The picnic starts at 11am, soccer match is on from 1pm.

If you have not been to Ruffey Lake, make sure to join us on the day. It is a beautiful park, not far from the city, popular among families with children, with facilities for kids, sports and BBQ.

When we went to check out the hot springs the other day, we met two Slovaks and three Czechs there. It seems to be a popular spot among the countrymen and so we thought we could make it a place to spend a nice Saturday afternoon together. It is a perfect place to relax after week's work or school for children and people of all ages.
