Staff, volunteers and performers briefing

Attention all volunteers and performers

The Organizing Committee of VodaFest 2010 is holding a Briefing session for the staff, volunteers and performerts this Saturday 6 November 2010 from 3pm to 4pm at Sumava (46 Locks Way, Belgrave South, MEL 84 H5). We kindly ask everyone involved in the Festival to attend the briefing to ensure smooth operation on the Festival day.

The Briefing will allow you to meet with the organizers and fellow participants, to learn about everyone's role at the event and will cover Festival's program and roster, emergency procedures, parking, site plans, pricing, VIP list and so on.
