VodaFest - Czech and Slovak Association Inc. invites all its members and interested public to attend an Annual General Meeting. In line with the Association rules we will evaluate the Association's last year activities, elect new Committee of Management and discuss future of the Association.

Dear VodaFest member,

It is the time of year when VodaFest reviews and evaluates its past activities in order to plan its future. It is the time of year when all VodaFest members can help to shape VodaFest future, express their opinion and provide valuable feedback.

I would like to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of VodaFest - Czech and Slovak Association Inc.


When: Sunday, 6 October 2013 from 10am
Where: Sokol Melbourne, 497 Queensberry  Street, North Melbourne.
Please, find enclosed Agenda of the meeting. Only the 2013/2014 financial members can vote at the Annual General Meeting. You can extend your membership before the AGM commences.

A special offer: upon renewal of your membership you will receive a complimentary VodaFest T-shirt. This offer is also for new members.
If you can not make it to the Annual General Meeting but you wish to execute your membership rights you can use a proxy form.
If you wish to nominate a member for a position in the Committee of Management, please use the enclosed form.
