Thanks everyone who joined in for the first Czech and Slovak Night at Koliba Restaurant on September 20th. It was no doubt a huge success with heaps of delicious food, icy beer, music that reminds us of home and people making new friends and enjoying themselves.

The summer is starting to kick in and the last public holiday before Christmas -- the Melbourne Cup Day -- is closing in. For those not particularly interested in horse racing, here's a terrific idea on how to spend the Monday night of the long weekend.
